"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." What Jos did during the graduation
Joslyn feels a little sad that she isn't in school yet, but she will start soon! She was a trooper and sat through both the girl's programs. But, she found creative ways to keep herself entertained. As you can tell from the pictures she crawled under the chairs, played with Taylor's roses, and put stickers all over my 9 month pregnant belly. She loves her big sisters so much and looks up to them!

My little graduate
Taylor made it through Kindergarten! I can't believe the school year came and went already. I also can't believe that I will have a child in first grade soon. It has been so fun to watch Taylor learn in school. She is reading and doing math and all kinds of fun stuff. She also made a ton of new friends. Her graduation program was really cute. They each had a part and they sang some neat songs. The kids worked really hard practicing. I did tear up a little bit, but thats just because I am pregnant right?? Taylor, like all my other kids is beautiful inside and out and I am so proud of her!!!

Ellie's preschool program
Even though Ellie will be in preschool again next year, she had a great end of the year program. Ellie has learned so much this year, her teacher says she will be reading soon! She loves school and her friends and she did a great job in her program. She sang all the songs and said her part really well. She recieved the good friend award from her teacher. She is always making sure all of her siblings are taken care of, so it doesn't suprise me that she is a super friend at school!

My favorite time of day..
Before I go to bed each night, I check on all the kids to make sure they are really in their beds, covered, and comfortable. The other night I decided to take pictures of what I found. The kids look so cute and peaceful when they are asleep. This time of day is also when I get a little time to myself, hooray! I found Noah in his crib with the book over his face, I don't know if he fell asleep reading, or if he put it there on purpose. He likes to cover his face when he is sleeping. That is one of the reasons I check on him! Also a baby update, I am now into my 37th week, so he is fully ready to be born. I feel so blessed to have made it this far. I was having Non-stress tests every week because of low amniotic fluid. Now I will have them twice a week until I deliver. My body is really ready and I am already dilated and thined out a lot, so we will just wait and see when this little man wants to make his appearance. Enjoy the pictures!

Ellie is so brave!
I am so far behind on posting, these last couple of weeks have been kind of crazy. Thursday and Friday we had Ellie and Taylor's preschool and kindergarten programs. I have so many pictures to post so please hang in there with me. First of all I can't get over how fast kids grow up! Ellie finished her first year of preschool and just misses the cut off so she will have one more year before kindergarten. She is doing so well and is ready to start reading. I will post pictures of her program soon. These pictures are actually ones that Cortney took yesterday. Ellie got her ears pierced! My mom gave her earrings for a present and so she insisted on getting them done. I don't mind as long as they want to do it and they know it is going to hurt a little. She picked out some really cute studs, they are rainbow colored daisies. There was only one person working at Claires so she had to do one ear at a time. She barely even flinched!! She was so brave and I am so proud of her.

The garden this year got started a little late because we were working on our yard. But, we finally got it ready and planted some plants, and seeds. Last Monday for family night we decided to let the girls plant some seeds. It was really fun. They had a little trouble not stepping on the plants that were already planted, but they did a good job. The kids really enjoy the garden. Ellie especially loves to eat fresh stuff we grow. Last year she ate peas and carrots without even washing them off. A little gross, I know. This year Justin is super excited to have an automatic drip system that he put in. Now he doesn't even have to worry about watering. And I don't have to lose him to outside chores.
This first picture is of our cat, he decided to fertilize our garden right before we planted the seeds. Remind me again why we have cats. It was pretty funny, at least the girls thought so. Noah was already in bed, if you were wondering. He had a long day that day and wore himself out playing outside.

Mother's Day
I have been trying to post this for days, but it seems like life keeps getting in the way. I just wanted to share that I had a pretty good Mother's day this year. Justin wasn't feeling well, so, you know. But the day before we did get some of my flowers planted. For mother's day I asked for some flowers for my window box. Justin fixed it all up and it looks beautiful.

Taylor's first field trip
I know the last pictures I posted were from the zoo, but that was actually a while ago. Last Friday Taylor had her kindergarten field trip to the zoo. You know me and that I couldn't possibly miss out on such a fun adventure, so I went as a parent helper. A lot of the kids hadn't ever been on a bus before, so that was the most exciting part. The kids were pretty wild the whole 1.5 hour ride. Taylor and I got to sit together and play games on the way, it was so fun! When we got there each parent helper had 3 kids to keep track of. One of the girls I was watching was released to her mom 10 minutes after we got there. So it was just me, Taylor and her friend Ashley. It was so fun, and easy! Only two kids at the zoo, no stroller! We had a fabulous time. We saw everything and rode the train. I was pretty tired after, because our zoo has a lot of hills, but it was worth it. I love one on one time with my kids.

Hello
Well, the batteries in my camera are dead and I haven't done much about it. That means that I have no new pictures to post. And I know the only people that read this are family that just want to see pics of the kids,so I found some older pictures from our trip to the zoo a couple of weeks ago. We have been keeping busy around here. Let's see... Justin and I went to the Jazz game on Friday, which was really fun. Saturday Justin and Matt spent 4 hours (really) at the home depot buying everything we need to finish the basement bathroom. He is going to try and finish it before the baby comes. So I will be a single mother for the next few weeks. Taylor and Ellie are in their last month of school. I can't believe it! Summer is almost here. I am now 34 weeks pregnant and doing pretty good. Okay thats a lie, I have a lot of pain, but what can I expect? This is my 5th pregnancy in 6 years, the body can only do so much. We manage, but the kids are anxious to get their real mommy back I am sure. So, I think I will get to changing the batteries in my camera. I am missing so much, like Saturday when Noah jumped into the bath with Joslyn with all of his clothes on. I didn't get a picture, but it was pretty funny. For now enjoy this funny pictures from the zoo.
