My little big man

Noah is getting so big, and he is learning to do so many things. Unfortunately this includes climbing on and behind things. He thinks he is such a man now that he can get onto the couch and ottoman. One of his favorite things to do is climb behind the couch in our room. He is so cute, how can you not smile at his little face? Even if he is getting into trouble.

Pals

One good thing about having kids so close in age is that they always have a buddy to play with. A few days ago Noah was awake in his crib after a nap and Joslyn decided to keep him company. She first threw in a bunch of toys to play with and then climbed into the crib. They played for such a long time! Now Joslyn thinks this is a really fun thing to do. It makes me so happy to see my kids playing nicely together. On a side note, Joslyn finally seems to be making progress on her potty training. Only about a year late, she is finally getting it. Every child is so different, I am just so happy to have her out of pull ups soon!!

Bedroom #5

One of the reasons we love our house is our basement, it has tons of room to expand for our always expanding family. This last month Justin, and my brother Matt finished up a bedroom down there. A couple of months ago I asked Justin to finish a room to make into a playroom for the kids. Matt heard we were doing this and asked if he could move in instead. We are happy to have him, so with his help, we got the room done pretty quickly. When I say we, I mean Justin and Matt spending every spare minute they had for a month. Next we want to finish a bathroom down there for him, but I told Matt that I needed Justin back for a while. I am kind of wimpy, but taking care of 4 young kids while you are pregnant is hard work for me. Here are some pictures of the almost finished project. Matt keeps his door locked so I can't take any pics of what it looks like now:)
This is actually a picture of the inside of our playhouse from the secret door in the bedroom. Since the room was planned for a playroom Justin put a secret door in the closet that leads right into the playhouse. We finally finished painting and had carpet put in when we finished the bedroom. The kids are loving it!

This is the built in Justin put in and the secret door in the closet, which isn't so secret since the doors aren't put on yet. Matt has since blocked it so the kids can't get into his room.

Matt slept on this until we got his bed moved in, he is a trooper.

Matt working hard, or hardly working, I don't know which!

I can't believe I am letting anyone see these.

So, these are about the most unflattering pictures of me you will see. Well, unless you look at all the ones my siblings post of me on facebook. It was the last day of vacation and I was tired and in my pjs. I decided to get all the girls in Justin's family matching pj bottoms this year. It was fun and I knew we would have to pose for a picture, oh well. Please don't judge me to harshly!

Tamra (Justin's sister), Elizabeth (married to Justin's brother Brandon), Tavi ( Justin's little sister), Me, Heather (married to Justin's brother Tyson), and Ma Sorensen. We are so beautiful, I know!

Cousins

Here are some cute pics of the kids in Fallon. They had so much fun playing and spending time with thier cousins. Sorry the last picture is turned funny, I will try to fix it later when I have more time, Enjoy!

Late Christmas photos

I know these are late, but I have been out of town and then sick with a cold so sorry! I am feeling much better now and trying to get into my routine again. Taylor was also sick this week with the stomach flu, so it has taken us a few days to get caught up with everything. Also, Justin and Matt have been working around the clock to finish his room in the basement. So there are my excuses. We had a wonderful Christmas this year! Santa and our family were really good to us. The kids got more than they could handle, again. We spent Christmas Eve at home, made cookies for Santa and packed our bags for Fallon. Christmas morning we spent at home and then drove to my parents. We had a nice relaxing Christmas with my family, then around 6pm decided to drive to Fallon. It was a nice drive, for me, I slept and so did the kids!
Here is what Santa left for the kids.

Justin and I were very, very, tired Christmas morning.

The girls checking out their gifts.

Ellie and the Christmas cookies for Santa. I love her smile, don't you?
