Well our backyard is starting to look something like a backyard. Last week we had it leveled out. And we started putting our garden in. We also put a little swing set out there for the kids. We have a TON of plans for the rest of the yard, if only Justin had time to do all of them. One at a time, is what I keep telling myself. I keep threatening to just hire some one and get it all done while Justin is a work. He loves doing it himself, so I will just be patient. I think we might get some of the fence up next, then we have to put in a patio, expand our deck, put in sprinklers and sod and then we will be done. I know that is alot, but I am so excited about it! We haven't had a backyard in years. In our last house we got our yard done just a few weeks before we moved out. So, now you know why I am so anxious!
Here is the beautiful, gigantic tree we have on our lot. This is one of the reasons we chose to build here. We love it. It shades the yard practically all day! The only drawback is the bird poop, oh well! If you look closely you can see what will be the kids elementary school in the background. I do plan on spying on Taylor whenever I can.
Here is the other side of the yard, our little half way done garden and you can see a couple of our fruit trees.
