Noah Michael, we love him and we love that he keeps us on our toes. He always remindes me that it is not a good idea to let the children play unsupervised very long. He is growing up to be a very sweet boy. He is very loving and when he gets enough sleep he is a lot of fun. We had a couple of birthday parties for him last year and he got some cool stuff. He was and still is into spiderman, and thanks to his cousins here in Vegas he has learned to love the Avengers as well. Noah and Justin have started playing Leggos together and they love it! We love our little Noah!
"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." We like to dance, dance, dance, dance
We like to dance in our family. Maybe it is because we have so much energy that we need to get out. Did I say we? I meant they! My kids love to dance and run around and be silly. One of our most requested family night activities is playing dance video games on the wii. My personal favorite is the Michael Jackson experience. I have to say I can rock the Thriller routine! These pictures are from a dance routine the girls did at school a while back. They had a great time, Taylor was hidden behind the other kids, so I am sorry you can't see her really well. Taylor really wants to get into dance again, and I am looking around to see where I want to send her. There are so many choices here, it makes it kind of difficult. So in the meantime, we will just keep dancing in our living room!

Sunflower
Having so many kids makes it hard to have hobbies, in fact, I don't really have many. Writing this blog is just about the only thing I do that doesn't directly relate to taking care of my family. Well, that's not true, I do try and exercise. But one thing I love to do is dress up my girls! I love it, I love shopping for them, I love doing their hair, I love making them smell good, it just makes me happy. Sometimes I don't have the energy to do everything I want to, but I do try to make sure my kids are as cute as they can be. I do love my boys too and I have to admit I buy good smelling cologne like bubble bath and lotion for them. But, they aren't as fun to dress up. So when I got pregnant again, I really, really, really wanted another little girl! I just felt like we needed some more estrogen to complete our family. I was SO happy when I looked down and saw that our newest little one was indeed a girl! Now before I mentioned that I love to shop for them, as you probably know, I have kind of a problem with that. :) I have gotten much better and try only to buy clothes for Taylor, but sometimes I slip and have to get things for Charlotte, baby girl clothes are just too dang cute and how would she feel if all of her sister's were wearing Matilda Jane dresses to church and she didn't have any?? I am sure it would make her sad. So we fixed that problem. Anyway, I have been having way too much fun dressing her up! She is so dang cute and I can't wait to catch up on my blog so you can see how big and beautiful she is now. In these pictures she reminds me of a sunflower. Don't these pictures brighten your day, they do mine!
Ellie's 7th birthday
Our little Ellie Sheree turned 7 in September! I can't believe it! She is such a fun girl, I love being her mom because she amazes me everyday, really! She is funny and smart and talented and so loving. She is also FULL of energy. I wish I had a little bit of her energy actually. She is home sick today and I know she isn't feeling well, because she has just been lying in bed resting. This is not like her at all. Ellie brings so much excitement to our family. Here are my favorite things about her.
1. She is so talented, she draws, paints, writes books, makes crafts and they are so much better than anything I could do!
2. She is so funny! She says the funniest things and since she is so smart she catches onto my sarcasm and gives it right back to me! She also likes to make people laugh by being silly, I love it!
3. She is so kind. She always shares with everyone and she makes things for everyone in our family all of the time. She is great at helping me out and when properly motivated, she is a great little worker!
I hope that Ellie had a great birthday, we love her so!
Picture Day
Joslyn found this sleeping mask somewhere in our house and decided it would help her nap in the car. So funny! |
I just wanted to share some pictures that make me smile. My kids make me smile all of the time and I wish I was better at taking pictures of them! I have really slacked on this since we moved. These are from last year. I can't believe how much they have changed in just a few months.
| This little girl has grown so much lately. This picture doesn't look like her at all! This dress is 0-3 month size and she is now wearing 6-12 months. Her smile is the same and I love it. |
| Taylor Lynn on picture day at school, love this girl, she looks so pretty in pink. |
| Ellie looks like a model in this one. |

Friends
I have been trying to catch up on my blog for some time now, and I WAY behind. I wanted to write about my friends, my awesome, kind, beautiful and talented friends. I have been blessed in my life to be surrounded by incredible people. I am lucky to not be a shy kind of person and this has allowed me to make some great friends. As I post these pictures, I am a little sad, because I am so far away from some these great ladies. Thank goodness for Facebook! I have also made new friends who I am just getting to know, and I can tell they are awesome too. That is what is so great about friends, you can go years without seeing them and it just like old times, and when you make new friends, you just click right away and feel like you known each other for years! I am so blessed to be part of a church that helps me make such good friends. Here are some photos of some fun times I had with my friends in Spanish Fork.
