"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." Thomas S. Monson

Under the weather
Well, I thought I would post my good excuse for not posting lately. The kids have been sick. Even little Noah has a pretty good cough. It breaks my heart when my kiddos don't feel good. But, I feel blessed that they aren't that bad. After working last night I realize it could be a lot worse. There are a lot of yucky, yucky things going around so be super careful with your little ones! We are going to continue to stay home and try to feel better. I am feeling a little sick today, but I think once I get a good nights sleep I will feel a lot better. We did have a good day today despite the sickness. Matt came over in the morning to help me with the kids while I rested and then my mom took the afternoon shift. I didn't get much sleep but it was so nice to spend time with my family. I miss my mommy sometimes and it was so nice of her to come over and help me. Matt, what can I say, he is the best brother, whoever snags him for a husband will be so lucky! Anyway I know a lot of you aren't feeling well either so here to a speedy recovery for everyone and a short winter season.

The girls, could they be more cute?
So the girls have been cracking me up lately. Let's start with Ellie. Yesterday we went to playgroup at my friend Ruth's house. She has a little boy Jonathan who is almost exactly Ellie's age. They are really good friends and always have fun playing together. Well when we arrived at Ruth's they ran up to each other and hugged and were so excited to see each other. Then they proceeded to kiss, multiple times, on the lips!!! It was so funny! Ruth was talking to me at the time and I had to interrupt her and tell her that our kids were making out!! Man, I never thought it would start this early. It was cute, but it worries me a little. Then Joslyn is always so funny especially now that she is talking more. She says the most random things. Last night Justin was changing her into her pajamas and she yelled out "I'm Naked!" It made us laugh so hard, Justin got her jammies on quickly so she wouldn't be naked anymore, where does she learn these things? Oh, me! Taylor is just a grown up girl. The other day we were trying to set up the game pretty, pretty princess. It has a lot of small parts and jewelry and Joslyn and Ellie were playing with the pieces. Taylor was getting frustrated because they weren't playing correctly, she said to me, "Mom, I am afraid this just isn't a good time to play this game." I had to hold back a laugh and tell her she was right. She also likes to use the phrase "Actually" a lot too. She is such a teenager! Anyway, Justin and I are doing well. Aside from my emergency root canal last week, Ouch!! We are enjoying our kids so much. Justin is looking forward to Elders Quorum basketball. I am still going to the gym for a break almost everyday. We are also enjoying watching 24 again. We love that we can watch it on the Internet. Justin hooked our computer onto our big screen and it worked great. That way we can watch it when the kids are in bed. Anyway, that is our life at the moment. I included some pictures of the girls from this Sunday. They look so cute all of the time, I think, especially on Sundays. So, I often take pictures just because they are so beautiful, wouldn't you agree!!

Noaha Whoa
Noah is getting to be so much fun. We love that he is laughing and cooing and playing with toys. The girls love to squeeze his fat cheeks and play with him. He also started playing in the jumparoo and loves it. But, the other night is was a little too much for him and he fell asleep. Taylor did the same thing when she was a baby. I couldn't find the picture, but I am sure they look just the same. We have updated the jumparoo, but it still has the same calming effect. Just look how cute this little guy is!!!

I love to see the temple
So, this post is about something we did weeks ago, but I want to write about it anyway. When Justin's family was here we decided to go to temple square. It is always fun and we don't go there very often. The kids had the most fun at the church history museum where they have a special exhibit just for kids. It is great and the kids had a blast. The only bad thing about going downtown is parking, but it was worth it. Here are some pictures.
This is Noah showing off his super cute smile.

Justin had fun building his own temple out of blocks, who said it was just for kids?

Taylor spent a lot of time working on her temple also.

These are the two Noahs, Noah Jay and our Noah Michael.

The girls loved taking care of the babies in the nursery.

Noah's Blessing
I am so behind on my posts. I still haven't put up Christmas pics yet, oh well. We are still recovering from a visit from Justin's family all of last week. It was a lot of fun, but I didn't get anything done. We were too busy shopping, eating out, playing games and visiting. I am glad they came, but now I have to catch up on a weeks worth of house work. Last Sunday was an extra special day because Justin was able to bless Noah. It was so neat. I am so lucky to have a wonderful husband who holds the priesthood and can bless our children. He always does such a wonderful job and I know he is following the spirit. My family also came down to be able to be there. So, along with Justin my brother Matt, my Dad Andy, brother in law Brett, Justin's brother Shawn, brother in law Ken and Uncle Jarold were able to bless him. It was a wonderful day. I had to teach Primary right after so I didn't get a chance to take any pictures of them all together! I love having family around and I have felt a little lonely this week without them. I promise to post all of the cute pics I have from Christmas and our visit soon. Here are some of my favorites from Sunday.
